How long does the process take?

If the helper is already in Hong Kong processing time is usually around 4 weeks / If the helper is in their home country the processing time will be longer.

What is a standard medical examination?

A standard medical examination includes - Chest x-ray / HbsAg Test / HIV Test / VDRL Test / Routine Urine / Routine Stool / Pregnancy Test.

Why counterpart agency fee?

Administration fee for processing documents in the Philippines - Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) / OWWA Member Fee.

What other fees do I need to pay?

None, our price is all inclusive and we never charge add on costs or fees to domestic helpers.
